Shaykh Khalid Yasin, a former Christian, is the Executive Director of the Islamic Teaching Institute (ITI); a premier organisation dedicated to the work of Dawah. Dear Muslim brother and respected guests from non-Muslims, who are seeking to understand the purpose of life. My speech to you concerning the purpose of life as I always mention is simply a means of communication. However, it is a very powerful, critical, vital subject. And before I into the main point of the topic, let me first ask you a question that may stimulate your minds. Now, many of you are, and most of you are educated, well endowed leaders in your own fields, fathers, mothers, professionals, sophisticated human beings. Did you ever ask you a question or set of questions? Do you know why you are here on this earth? And when you die? of course there is no body have any doubt about death regardless what persuades, what denomination,what gender, what background, what church, what religion system,
ideology or isam that you belong to believe that no doubt that every boy in this room one day will die. Now if there is anyone has doubt about that Then you are the only one doesn't have to answer the question what is the purpose of your life. Because you may be able to think well the consequences or the responsibility of that question. of course no one has any doubt about death. for if the benefactor of life, the causer of life, the creator of life, the owner of life, if that source of life had no other power over the creatures that have life, death would be enough evidence. where is your destination? I do not mean where you leaving from here?
But where is your destination? You don't know where you came from, you say you were born, I mean before that, where is your destination? Think about this question and pounder it seriously as we continue this presentation. Now in the world that we living there are many beliefs,many religions,many philosophies, that have been offered to satisfy and response to that question. because human beings are the only creatures on the earth or in the heavens,of course we are speaking about based on the scientific fact. We are talking about metro goal with mayor or Steven Spielberg or Disneyland. They have some other philosophies that give us the indication to believe. but until now there is no scientific evidence that they are any other creators in heavens or the earth who has the intellect of faculties or capacity of human beings. And because of the faculties of the human beings are endowed with, they have the exclusive ability, the freedom to think and feel and to say" I,me "and to express what we call ego. No other creatures have this ability. How ever we know that that even that ability is the limited. Because when the human beings is the child there is less ego, and as the human beings becomes older there is even less ego, the height of the human beings ego is the height of the strength, the development, the endowment, what we have call the strength position, but It is last only in the afternoon. That afternoon might be some cases like 20 years, 30 years,40 years,60 years, 80 years, but in other beliefs the years of the human beings are passes quickly and as the Quran says :wa halaqnalinsana fi ahsana taqwim（我们以最美的形态创造了人）, Summa radatnahu asfala safilin （请看《无花果章》95：4-5）and we created god said he created by his own power the human being and gave him or her the faculty perfect, balance, complete faculties of intellect,intelligence,seeing,hearing,feeling,taste,touch,thinking, and the abreacts of the body, we gave the human being a complete set of faculties, that is created human beings with a mold. summa radatnahu asfala safilin, But after that, after giving him, endowing human being with that perfect set of faculties, summa radatnahu asfala safilin ,then we return him or her to the lowest of the low. They lose eyesight, they lose the hearing, they lose the smell, they lose the touch, they lose the taste, they lose, and appreciate even physical composition. this what the Quran said 15 hundred
years, almost 15 hundred years ago, Is this the case? It is, It is only human beings that have ability to think, feel, imagine and explore, to purpose and to determine, these human being have over a period of recorded history developed, and put forward many different concepts and answers, and many writers, poets, sages, philosophers, prophets and messengers, peace been upon to all those messengers have come to tell us, you and I, what is the purpose of life.
Now to be literary, we need to define life, as the reply to the universe, and we do not mean to define life universally because we can not, It is too wide of subject. It is too far we have not explored that much, the time to man that have been on this earth, Man is come to discover few thing. But relative to size of the universe man hasn't cover even a pin drop. But man has discovered few thing about himself, his environment and the world. So let us define life as the reply to the human being, his society and his environment and than let us consider the purpose of our existence in this respect. Generally we find in the dictionaries following definition of in human life, one the phenomena of existence, the phenomena (means) some thing which is unsolved, unknown, profound and scientific facts yet have to be able to explained phenomena. Another word of phenomena has been called miracle. The phenomena of existence as the replies to one, biological development, two social dynamic, three psychological and mental processes, four the enter independence and Interaction with the external environment and complete synchronization of the many micro and macro system that support human existence and the universe, as we know (it). Isn't that a profound definition?
Next let us define the word of purpose, because we said life, now let us define purpose. Purpose means objective, aim, significants, meaning, target, mission, reality. it is purpose, with this general definition, let us surf the web, let us approach our topic the purpose of life, now in our discussion of the purpose of life, let us keep in all in contact what do we want to do? we want to know as human beings what is our objective? in respect to why we are here and where we are going, and who is our benefactor? who or what is our common benefactor to responsible for us being here, because when we define that, then we know who we are accountable too. It is very simple, those of you who work on a job and you are not the boss, you understand the issue of the subordination, and those of you who working on a job you are the bosses you also understand accountability and exercised it.
Now some fact we need to think about and talk about the creation of the world. Is the creation of the world and all the complex form is the result of thinking of a human beings? I ask you, YES or NO ? YES or NO ? I just want to make sure we are in concerns here. Another fact, man is most sophisticated creature in the known and explored the universe. Now we heard about ET, but there is no evidence, no scientific evidence with all these theories and sightings of extraterrestrial beings, sophisticated, civilizations outside of this universe that star track has coming contact with. It hasn't been documented, until now, man is the most sophisticated creature in the known and explored universe,therefore, if he is the most sophisticated, just like a boss on the job, that he is the most of what responsible. that there are inherent laws, both physical and metaphysical govern universe and also govern man,
And to make sure that we are not getting to have abstract,law is as simple as what you witness. If go to a top of the building, male or female, rich or poor of any color, you go to the top of building and lean over, You are witnessing the phenomena of the law. It comes and forms of fear and apprehension, but It is the law of falling, because of you are not (be) able to deny the gravity , and if you can not deny the gravity and you also know that, falling from distance will cause you some harms, trauma . That is the law inherent , if you are a functional human beings, and you eat and drink, you will also from time to time have to use toilet. All human beings no matter who they are, how smart they are, , keep this in mind, no matter how arrogant they are, what kind of cloth they were, what kind of talk they talk and what kind of weapon they have, they are all just human beings. When you know that you can still deal with them and keep everything contacts because some of them would lead you to think they are different . Every one and every thing in this life, will inevitably be subject to erosion , depreciation, annulation and death. every thing, and as we sit here, every one here was getting elder, another day towards to death. You call it older, but more closed toward death, and even as we say ` here ` It is already `there`, we say ` now ` It is already `then`, So even a present, It is something that elute us. We only know the present, but virtue of how the SUN MOVES, minutes, hours, days, Weeks, month, years, everybody know that, If didn't watch the calender, or the clock, It's called time.
We also know the earth is a equip with the perfect balance environment for the existence of human life and that until now, with all of mans instrumentation , with all of mans sophistication, with all of his exploration , man has yet to find another planet, or star,within his reach that has an environment suitable for his life, isn't that ironic ? The earth is what planned from the sun, the 3rd
planet isn't it? If we were the 4th planet, It would be too cold for human life, wouldn't it ? would not harvest, service human life, If It was the 2nd planet, It would BURN UP, human beings could not live, they would supplicate from the heat, but the earth atmosphere is maintained as balanced perfectly from where it is. It was just 5 mile's closer to the SUN and 5 miles away from the SUN It will fall out,It's ORBIT and we would all die or disintegrated. Who keeps the earth in that perfect balance in orbit, and who put that earth there and who put the ecosystem around the earth, so that everything on the earth will a complement with It, and also SERVE human beings, WHO DID THAT ?
The intelligence of human beings is specially designed and endow for administration, accountability, organization, development of technology and industry, so it's no accident that human being build things, the human being is able to figure out things, from time that they rub sticks together and is able to build fire, from the time they were able to find out that they could float on the water, flying in the air, or produce their basic needs such as growing things. from the beginning man learned that they had intellect to implement, improvise, create, design, but one of the unique things that man should always keep in mind, whatever he able to invent, design, engineer , improvise, create it is always from something, isn't it? always from something, can man create anything, design anything, maintain anything, engineer anything, from nothing? Was no material? No, he can not.
Through out the recorded history of the humanity there have been outstanding personalities for the last at least 5000 years, that is 2000 years since JESUS CRISES and 3000 years before JESUS CRISES, the SON of MARRY, for 5000 recorded years they had been human beings came, calling themselves a Prophets, messenger, most of you and most of all human beings, whether they from China, they from Africa or from Europe or from Asia or from America, North or South America anywhere and anywhere in the world they know the name's of those human beings,

Because they were outstanding human beings, extraordinary human beings, at their time, because of their behavior, and their impact upon society, man like Noah, Ibrahim, Moses, man like Solomon, David, Jacob,Isa, Zechariah, John the Baptist, Jesus Christ the son of Mary, and Muhammad Bin Abdullah peace and blessing be upon all of them . These extraordinary human beings over period of 5000 years stand out from all the human beings. Now, they were not industrialist, they were not professors of universities, they were not sophisticated in terms of their academia, but it was the commitment to the human behavior, and their insistence upon worshipping only God. Their common message was this whole phenomena, man and his environment, man and his challenge and his drama; man and the life was given to him, man and his responsibility, man is the beneficiary of whom, God. All these prophets said that. That doesn't matter which one of those prophet if you prefer about the other, it doesn't matter, and they all said the same thing. They came different times; different places, different people, but they all said the same thing.
Man, think about your life, and what gift has been given to you? It's God that gave it to you, and you are responsible to acknowledge the one that gave you this gift, this was these prophets and messengers said. Recognize, conform, and worship God All-Mighty God without any partners, diversities, associates, without any idols, without any pagan practices, for God want you to recognize him, worship him, and conform, and obey directly, directly. Through education worship and the acceptance of global morality, human beings are able to establish civilized behavior that is the very important point, global morality. Now, one of the globally accepted moralities is that one should not take the life of another without justification, isn't that the global morality? One shouldn't take the property of another, one should not covet the wife, husband of another; one shouldn't slander, one shouldn't undermine, one shouldn't do these things. These called global behaviors. One should act decently towards the fellowmen, these called global behaviors. For if you go to China, if you go to Africa, he is in Australia, if you go to Europe, if you go to Russia, you go anywhere, there are would they call globally accepted codes of conduct . No matter what religion they are, or no religion at all, they still observe the globally establish codes of conduct. We call them good and bad. Because if they were not this cases, they would be no way to establish what is good, and they would be no way to establish what is bad, and people who thought whatever they thought was good would have their people; and people who thought whatever was good on another side of their people, and they would be war just based upon the perception of good. Wars are not based upon the perception of good; wars are based upon the perception of personal interest. But good and bad is what established. Male and female used to be clear. Sky and earth is clear. Water and ice are clear. Salt and pepper are clear. They are some very clearly established radicals, differences that even animals recognize. But humans when their faculties become clouded or distorted, they are the only creatures that forget these radicals, because things and animals don't do, humans when their sense of morality becomes distorted, they do while animals don't do. I want you to consider of the complex organization of this universe, and think yourself Could man or group of man had anything is to do with it? I think you answered before absolutely not. I want you to consider of the phenomenal diversity of this earth systems and its environment, think for a moment, think about the mountains, some which have never been climbed. Think about the oceans, that man has been able to build machines to cover, deserts that man has been able to build machines to cover, but still, they exist. Think about the ecol systems, the atmosphere, the stratosphere, the ionosphere, think about the atmosphere just our universe which is the small universe. Within the Milky Way, and Milky Way is the very small galaxy in the Andromeda . And Andromeda is one of millions of billions clusters, think about that, how then significance is man? How significance is the human being? When we think about this vastness Think about the recently discovered characteristics of the micro systems existing within substance itself? That is, it has been discovered recently, that the atom is not the smallest part of substances. Now, they are what micro atom, isn't it? There are something now call the quarks, they say which is the million of atoms, split of it millions of atom. And now we have discovered that every part of creation that has been discovered is inside the drop of water. What the Quran already said that to us fifteen hundred years ago that we created everything, and every single thing from water, the Quran said that.
Think about the anatomy of human being, and intricate complicated systems that are necessary for its functioning that you and I we can only go, maybe 28 days without water end (and) then we die, that you and I if we are put in a room, and we are feed and giving water, and everything are support, but no one to talk to, we will go crazy and will die. Because we are social beings, without some highly (of the) communicate with we will go crazy and die, from depression.
Think about the anatomy of human body and its complicated systems that are necessary for its functioning. Think about the kidneys. Think about the brain, think about the tongue, how it is that a person catches his stroke, and they catch the stroke, they lose the ability to taste. How much would they pay just to be able to taste an apple? Think about the stomach and what a person catch his cancer of some sort, and is he able to digest the food, and his bag outside the body? What would they pay to have that repair? Think about the lungs, think about the skin, how it functions? How it breathe? How it intakes ?
Think about the fingers; think about 306 joints of body and how they function? Just think about all the different functions of the phenomena's of the human body, then man is still discovering and he has to investigate research and discover, certainly, he didn't create himself, isn't it clear?
Think about the discovers of forensic science, genetic research, laser of technology, quantum physics, atomic and nuclear energy, fiber optics, global telecommunication and medical research, and still man lives like an animal. Man hasn't come up with a formula to be able to deal harmoniously with other human beings and to result differences without slaughtering to rest of this human beings, man still hasn't come up that ability.
Think about the many food substances and eco Marine substances that make up the common air that we breathe every second and minute of our lives and many sources of fundamental energy that human civilization depends upon. Think about the many different types of energy that the human being needs just to live. Tell me, how was all of these possible without a power and an intelligence outside of the universe and human phenomenon? At this point, I would like my brother to recite a few verses from the Quran, and I just want you to be patient, because when we give a proof from the Quran, we want you to hear the medicine, now you wouldn't know what he is saying right away, because this is in Arabic. But out of respect for the revelation of him to recited, then I am going to translate it for you, because it is relative to my topic:
I seek refuge with Allah from the accursed devil.
In the Name of Allah the Most Graious, the Most Merciful.
And a sign for them is the dead land, we give it life, and We bring forth from it grains, so that they may eat. And We have produced in it gardens of date-palms and grapes, and We caused springs of water to gush forth in it, so that they may eat of its fruits. It was not their hands that made this; will they, then, not give thanks? Glory be to Him Who has created all the pairs of that which the earth produces, and of themselves and of what they have no knowledge of. And a sign for them is the night! We withdraw the day from it, then, they are plunged into darkness. And the sun runs on its fixed course for a term (appointed). That is the decree of the All-Mighty, the All-Knowing. And for the moon We have appointed phases till it returns like a bent and withered twig. It is not for the sun to over take the moon, nor the night outstrip the day, and they all swim in an orbit. (36.Surah Yasin, Verses 33-40)
I want to remind you or tell you that this revelation of the Quran was revealed 1424 years ago. To an illiterate, that means a man who had no schooling, a man was born in the desert, an Arab, chosen by All-Mighty God to receive a revelation, a man like Jesus, a man like John the Baptist, a man like Zachariah, a man like Isa, a man like Ismail, a man like Moses, a man like Ibrahim, a man like Noah, a man like Adam alayhissalam (peace and blessing to be upon him), a man a messenger, and a prophet. Now, this Quran that he recited, is recited by 1.4 billion people in the world, and memorized from cover to cover 6626 verses by literally millions Muslims, not a few, but millions. And it is the ambition of every Muslim to have a son or a daughter in their life that memorized this entire book. So, it's not the phenomenon, except that this book was memorized and preserved in the life of the one that he received from God. And in his life time, it was memorized and it was retained, and never changed an intact until now. Look, what it sais(said)? I gave you some statistics and bases of from the Quran. The Quran sais(said): and sign for them is the died earth. It's brought back to life, and then from it springs, fruits and grains of all kinds which they eat. And we place the rain gardens and palm trees and grape vans, and cause them to breathe of the rain some springs that came from the ground that man doesn't control himself. And they are He created in this tree that they may eat of the fruit created by God and their hands have not produced it at all. So, will they be grateful? Exalt to receive who created all life in pairs. Through Quran establishes that everything in life, everything in life has been created in pairs. Were the plants, were the animals, were the insects, and were the fish? Or bacteria, has science relified(ratified) that, that everything in life has been created in pairs. Yes, the Quran said that 1424 years ago, and of course to prophet Muhammad (peace and blessing be upon him) he wasn't the botanist, he wasn't a geologist, he didn't have microscope, he had no way of knowing that, the only way a human being 1424 years could know that is to the help and inspiration of the one who is the creator from the beginning. Because that fact that everything has been created in pairs was only discovered 78 years ago scientifically. Exalt to easy All-Mighty God who created all things in pairs from what the earth grows, and from themselves the human beings and from that and which they do not know. That means here is the Quran establishing that there are some creatures, may be micro creatures, they are also created in pairs that the human being doesn't know about it. And a sign for them is the night that We extract from the light of the day, this is the phenomena itself that we have now discovered from going out of space. When go out of space, we realize that the night, we realize that the day is extracted from the night, not the night from the day. We realized that night is first, and day is second, although we say day-night. We realize now the time is really inverted but you have to go out of the space to be of the see it. That is why in Australia we are sitting here at 9:30 in the evening, isn't it? In London, it's now 10:30 in the morning but yesterday, and in America, it's 5:30 in the morning yesterday. But we've just discovered that the mention of time recently didn't we? We did know that before. But the Quran is establishes that, because listen to this: And sun runs its own cost towards its stopping points that is the determination of the exalting of the Mighty and Knowing. And the moon, We have determined for it fazes until it returns appearing like a date stock. Now, think about it, here are the Quran is established that the sun runs its cost along with its other bodies which carries it. What body is the sun carry with it? It is not planets, is that correct? Based upon the movement of the sun and planets around it, we establish what, time, isn't it? And based upon the movement of the moon around the earth we established what? Another set of time. Now, how did the Quran establish this 1424 years ago, while the prophet Muhammad (pease and blessing be upon him) he didn't have any telescope, he did know that he could only have known that through the aid and assistance of revelation or inspiration from the One Who created. The Quran said it's (not ) allowed, listen to this:

It's not allowed for the sun (to) reached the moon that is to outstripped, nor is it allowed for the night to overtake the day, but each one of them swims along in its own law and orbit, whom is that established? How long was it that Copernicus gave us the theory that man was in the center of the universe. Did you remember that? That man was at the center of the universe. We now know that man is not the center of the universe at all. For 1424 years ago, the Quran established that the sun cannot outstrip the moon, and night cannot outstrip the day, each one of them are engaged in a predetermined law and orbit, this is the Quran.
Dear brothers and sisters, all of these is to establish in your mind, all of these dialog, all of these evidences, all of this proofs is too clearly establish in everybody's mind here that you and I now all of us together, now all the human beings in other places through the earth, non of us individually endowed or unendowed, intelligent or unintelligent, educated or otherwise, rich or poor, black or white, male or female, non of us are benefactors, who is the benefactor? Who is the benefactor, God, the All-Mighty, the Creator, your Lord, my Lord. This was established by these prophets and messengers, those extraordinary human beings that I spoke about you few moments ago. That was a really established. I did need to come in establish that I just need to come in remind you of that. Now, those extraordinary human beings were the ones that came to tell other human beings who thought at that time that day was somewhat sophisticated, isn't that, you know, this is unique about humans. At every age even 5000 years ago, they thought they were modern. At every age, human beings no matter what stage of development they are at, they think that they are modern and more sophisticated than others. This the nature of human beings, yet all of them don't seem to

You either with us, or I guesses) and don't give man,don't give man a few tools that he can use,a few things that he can throw,a some (missiles) that he can shoot, he really becomes arrogant then. well you know, when Moses, when he went to pharaoh, Ibrahim when he went to pharaoh (peace in bless in be upon him ) when Ibrahim went to pharaoh and talk to pharaoh, pharaohtold Ibrahim why should I worship your god, why? I have command over life and death, anybody I want to die would die, anybody I want to live would live. What Ibrahim said Pharaoh? What he said to him? If you really get some power, the one that you killed, bring him back to life, the one that you killed bring him back to life, if you get some power, and if you get some power,when sun sets in the west, you call the rise and make it set in the east. Was Pharaoh able to that? He wasn't able do that then, and the Pharaoh today can't do it today. Because through out the span of mans interaction with man. There is always been the confrontation between the arrogant, the worldly ,the boastful, those who feels they are the owners ,the administrators, the materialists. There always been that the confrontation between the materialist and faithful,the prophets of God,whom I mentioned some of their names, they were always the godly, the faithful, the people having faith and belief. Knowing that this world all its tangible resources, are the result of whose command , god. Those people who are godless, mindless, headless, arrogant,rebellious,want to own) everything,want to expand from their place through out the world and even control everything in the world and even want to control the out of space, and look how, Look how god send science and that man doesn't seem to want to heed it. did you know that the space exploration project, that the USSR, or we did they don't) call that (any more, is called the) Soviet union or the Soviet states that got it now , they change the name did they? They change the) currency, I think there reambit the ambit with capitalist, aren't they?
Anyway the, the Russian or we call themselves) Russians now, right? so the Russian are) American space exploration project that it is now expanded itself to include the state of Israel), well as wonderful, as a nice addition, well they were at a) very ambitious space exploration project that included building. (what) they called that when you look) up in the sky and see) at night? Yeah! A space station)! so they (were) building the space station so that they would be able to establish in the heavens a place to prove to us that there is no God up there). And that they would build new frontier) (that would) start track, that this) his peoples called it. and through their (robotronics), they would create a new race of slaves that would) serve them from outer space, spy on those) on the earth, and control the whole heavens and) the earth. They let us to believe that. Well) after this last failure), this recent failure) that they don't) speak about it) anymore, this tragedy, this fifty six million dollars project, fifty six billion dollars project, and) keep this in mind, fifty six billion dollars are of your tax dollars and mine. It is is frozen, paralyze,) the whole project. And you got people up there, at the space station that were (will) die, because they got (to have) a regular flight back and forth) just to support them, and they don't) have (any) flights right now, they (don't) expect to have any more for at least ten month. So God has shown them just through one sign), that's not where man belongs. That's not the environment where) men were supposed to live), multiply, develop, or control.
And let me tell you another little) aspect of that space station project, they were developing a theory) that they could take people there that are in prisons or people that they considered to be dysfunctional, or without any real use,and they can transport them to the space station and just put) them in orbit, that was the plan twelve years from) now, they would transfer major prison population up there and create prison colonies, where they produce things there), but they would be in orbit have to worry) about them escaping). Man, man is something,isn't it)! Now those prophets and messengers, they had their tasks), and what was their tasks) ? their tasks) was come in to these) kinds of people then and also now. the godly people today have the same tasks), they come to those people now, and they say to them that "don't you know that God is the benefactor, of the heaven and earth), and everything that is in it,don't you know that?" now how do we know there is) God ?and how do we know that there is)the creator, that whom should be worship. We want to invite people toward respect him himself, building a highly relationship with Al-Almighty God, through the behavior of the prophets of God, through following the law of God, and building the fraternity to the Godly people, whether they are black and white, yellow or red, from the east or the west, male of female, whether they are rich or poor, a global fraternity of Godly people, who will do what? Use the book of God and he examples of God's prophets to result their problems where so ever they are. And yes, if you live in American in the south and you like to eat fry chicken, that's OK, you can keep that culture, we don't have all these same food, we don't have to dress all these same clothes, we don't all have to speak the same language, we are all the human being just to do what? Use the law of God and the example of prophets, and our worship and our guidianess to establish relationship to each other. The only system of the life in the world, that has a comprehensive and unchanged system since it was revealed and is memorized, was memorized in a time of one human who it reveals to. Has been memorized by millions since that time, and the proves is that there are some sitting here, that has memorized all six thousand six hundred and twenty six verses, like it was memorized before. It is the only script from God that has been retaining the. The prove of that is simple, if all the Christian in the world, all the churches, all the congregation, all the individual agree one day, takes all their books and throw them in the ocean, take all the bible and throw them in the ocean. And all the Muslim said we too will take all our books, the Qur'an and throw them in the ocean. The Christian will not the able to produce another bible, because they don't even agree today what is the bible. And the three hundred and fifty four different denominations, all of them claim forty three different bibles, different books, different number of verses, even old and New Testament, and no one among the Christian, not one, not one in the world can claim they have memorize the whole bible. Because they haven't agree what is the whole bible. But there are millions of Muslims, maybe five or ten just in this room, who has memorized the entire Qur'an, so that if we threw all the Qur'an, there just book with ink, of course we respected it, but we threw them all in the ocean, we can bring ten Muslims in ten different countries, didn't know each other and they can all stand in this room right here and start from the beginning. "Auzubillah-himina-shaidan-nirajim Bismillah-hirahaman-irahim (Surat Fatiah)". And then they can to go the last Surat "Auzubillah-himina-shaidan-nirajim Bismillah-hirahaman-irahim (Surat Nas)". The first and the last, and the hundred and twelve's Surat between and they would all agree and the Qur'an will come right back again.
The second demonstration of the spirituality of Islam and its system of life is that Islam has a human example, and now this is the most powerful thing because everybody wants a hero. And Jesus said in that upper room, he told his companions, don't be afraid I got to go, I have to leave. So be it, after I leave, the confronter, the councilor, that admirable one he will come, for if I don't leave he can not come. That's what Jesus told him. You will know him, because when he comes he will not speak of himself, but whatever he hears from God that's how he speaks. What is that mean? He will not come with his own words, he will not come with his own portray, with his own ego, with his own idea, with his own opinion, and he will not come like that. But whatever he hears from God that's what he will come with. Hear from God means what? What God reveals to him by what inspiration, revelation. Second think Jesus said, "your heart and your mind are not prepare for all the question you have so be it, when that councilor come he will relate all things to you in detail." That's the second things he said about. The third thing he said, "You will know him because when he comes he will speak of me." That's what he said. And the forth thing he said. "That which he hears from God will remain with you forever" those four conditions. Now the Holy Ghost or the angle Gabriel didn't fulfill those conditions, and certainly Jesus Christ didn't come back to fulfill those conditions him self. So the question here is who, what, came after Jesus Christ that fulfill that prophecy? Only one man!

And in the chapter Mariam, the birth of Mary, it mentions first the mother of Mary, her name, Hannah. It mentions how Hannah pray to God for a son, and God gave her a girl. And when she asked God: "Oh God! You gave me a child that I pray for, but is a girl. I can not give her to the priest, of a temple of how to become a priest." God said: "So be it. She will be one of the chief of the women in the hereafter." Who is that woman? Mary! But God gave the Hannah the boy she asked for through her daughter. So God gave her a double gift. Gave her a daughter who will be the chief of the women in the hereafter, and gave her the son she was asking for through her daughter which was who? Jesus Christ! And not only God gave her the son through her daughter, but made her son Christ Jesus the Masaya, who was born without a father. The word of God, the spirited gave it to Mary from God. Qur'an says that. So Jesus said he will speak of me. Not only in this Qur'an speaks of Hannah, not only this Qur'an speaks of Mary, not only this Qur'an speaks of the imaged of birth, the phenomenal birth, the miraculous birth of Jesus Christ, but the Qur'an also talks about his miracle. How he healed the leper, how he cause the blind to see, how he cause the deaf to hear, how he cause those who couldn't speak to speak, how he cause the dead to rising from the grave, how he feed the masses of ten thousand or more people from what, seven loads of bread and fish, and how he blew his breath into a clay pigeon and cause it to fly, how Jesus Christ did these miracles? God says he did by the power of whom? Himself or whom? By God! The Qur'an is a confirm Jesus Christ. And fourthly he said it will remain with you forever. For it to remain with you forever it has to be in text form the time it was revealed. It is the only book in text from the time it is revealed.
So the natural progression of the life of Jesus, the natural progression of the love of Jesus and his messages, the natural progression of the gospel of Jesus, the natural progression of the life of all the Prophets and the system given by all those Prophets, the natural progression of that is the Qur'an. The natural progression is Islam and the human example is the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh). Let me leave you with this. Can you do that? Those of you who can do that without any hesitancy, just like a blink, just like a nejured, just like if said your name, and I announce that I had a thousand dollars here for you, if I called you and saying "come on down", that is right, if I call you to come down if you are up there, you might fall of that balcony, it would just be automatic, so I am asking you a simple question, can you admit, can you declare, can you at least raise your hand that there is none to be worship except the Almighty, can you raise your hand? But whatever you own somebody money, rent, loan, you still own that, is that fair? Ok, please just say after me, the words "La-i-laha il-Allah Muhammad rasu-lillah ashadu Allah-i-laha il-allahu wa-ashadu anna muhammadan abduhu wa-rasulu (SAW)" Ameen.
Now what I want to say to you brother and sister and honestly, I'm truly grateful in sigh of Allah, not because I'm going to get paid but each one of you, because it's not about that. That's right! She said it doesn't have to be a person you knew because God might have brought you here. Isn't that beautiful! Now unfortunately tomorrow, I'll be going to Melbourne and coming back on Thursday and what I would like to do is to arrange to have dinner with all of you when we get back. Can we arrange that? Inshallah, Alhamdulillah.
So please take you gifts, I can't shake hand with the pretty lady, but I can shake hand with brothers.... and God bless you so much. Brothers and sisters, normally when we end our lecture we usually have some question and answer but I really think to myself that everything is already been served. Now if there are some non-Muslims who are sitting here, who were not prepared now to step forward, to make that commitment, or to make that decision that's ok because there's no pressure involved. And if you have some question that you would like to ask me privately, I'll be available about twenty minute after this lecture. And the brother can bring you to the designated place; I'll be more than glade to sit with you. And for those of you are not prepared to even do that, that's fine. I want to thank you. I want to thank you immensely just for coming out from your house and for sitting here just to find out what was our prospective of what was the purpose of life. And I would like to say I think now, that minimally, if somebody says to you, something ironies about Islam or our prospective of life, at least I think what you should do is set the records straight. That we are decent people, that we are God loving people, that we are people who want to be good law abiding citizens and productive, and progressive, and that we just something want to invite people, or we like to hear have our proposition to the world, consider that's all. I think we should have that right along with anybody else that has a system of life or religion. Would you agree? And that if anything we want to compliment, Sydney Australia or the UK or another place in the world where Muslims reside, that's what we want to do. I want to thank you very much, and I my suggestion we don't do a question and answer because I think those people who step forward and the time we have right now...
